Refund & Cancellation Policy — Srikandee Metalworks Sdn. Bhd.

All products offered by Srikandee Metalworks are custom, made-to-order items (kitchen cabinets, entrance cabinets, and other fabricated furniture), built specifically to each customer's dimensions, design, and material specifications.

As such, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is confirmed.

1. Payment Structure

• 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. Production begins once this deposit is received.
• 50% balance is due upon completion and installation.
• Both payments are non-refundable once made.

2. No Cancellations After Deposit

Once the 50% deposit is paid and production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, modified in scope, or refunded. Materials are purchased and fabrication is carried out specifically for your order based on the approved design.

3. No Refunds

Because every item is custom-built to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Colour, finish, or material selections approved by you prior to production
• Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or material finish inherent to the materials used
• Delays in project timeline due to material availability, site readiness, or circumstances beyond our control

4. Defects & Workmanship

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item is delivered or installed with a genuine manufacturing defect or workmanship issue:

• Notify us within 7 days of installation with photos and a description of the issue.
• We will inspect and, at our discretion, repair or rework the affected component at no additional cost.
• This does not cover damage from improper use, water damage, third-party modification, or normal wear and tear, and does not entitle the customer to a refund — only repair/rework.

5. Order Confirmation

By paying the 50% deposit, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the design, dimensions, materials, and pricing. Please review all details carefully before confirming, as no changes or cancellations can be made once production begins.
